PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
Learn about your own unique body type, structure and strengths. Understand your body's equilibrium, master alignment, learn the blueprint of all movement through eleven Essential Movements. Intensify your ability in group sessions through personal awareness. Book a session through the Studio. Rates are $60 per 1 hr or $75 per 1 hr 20 minutes.
